- Assist residents with activities of daily living: ie- bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care etc.
- Measuring and reporting intake, output and vital signs as needed.
- Using proper transfer techniques and ability to use medical equipment safely.
- Answer call lights and respond quickly and appropriately, taking care of resident needs.
- Observe residents condition and report abnormal findings or changes to charge nurse.
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
- Meet facility and state regulations for mandatory in-services and staff development training.
- Cooperate with all staff/family/residents and maintain professional and friendly demeanor.
- Documenting on residents with iPad
